How does the AI makeup removal work?
No Makeup uses advanced neural networks to analyze your selfie and identify areas with makeup. The AI then reconstructs your natural skin texture, tone, and features to show what you look like without makeup.
Are my photos stored or shared?
Your privacy is our priority. Photos are processed securely and are not sold or shared with third parties for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone to view, change, or cancel your plan. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Can I restore my purchases on a new device?
Yes. Sign in with the same Apple ID on your new device, open No Makeup, and your subscription will be restored automatically. If it doesn't restore right away, try going to the subscription screen within the app.
The app isn't producing good results. What can I do?
For best results, use a well-lit, front-facing selfie where your face is clearly visible. Avoid heavy filters, extreme angles, or low-resolution images. If problems persist, contact us with a description of the issue.
How do I request deletion of my data?
Send an email to privacy@nomakeup.app with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and we will process it promptly.
Which devices are supported?
No Makeup is available on iPhone running iOS 17 or later. We are focused on delivering the best possible experience on iOS.
