Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the No Makeup mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Account

You must be at least the age required in your country to use the Service. You may use core features without creating an account. If you choose to sign in with Apple, you are responsible for maintaining access to your account and device.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

No Makeup offers auto-renewable subscription plans to unlock premium features:

No Makeup Pro Weekly — 1 week subscription
No Makeup Pro Monthly — 1 month subscription
No Makeup Pro Yearly — 1 year subscription

Subscription prices are displayed in the app at the time of purchase and may vary by region. All subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Apple ID Account Settings on your device. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

Premium features include: unlimited personal use of AI makeup removal, saving photos to your library, sharing results, and full access to transformation history. Fair use policy applies to prevent abuse, bots, and bulk processing.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity.
Upload content that violates rights of others, including privacy or intellectual property rights.
Upload photos of other people without their consent.
Attempt to interfere with security, reliability, or operation of the Service.

4. User Content and AI Output

You retain rights to photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide app features (AI transformation, display, and export).

AI-generated results are produced by Google's Gemini API and may be imperfect, incomplete, or inaccurate. You are responsible for how you use and share outputs.

5. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data, including photos and face data.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including app design, code, and branding, is owned by No Makeup and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant ownership rights to you.

7. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Profile > Delete Account). This will permanently delete your account data and locally stored history. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through your Apple ID settings.

8. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including for maintenance, updates, security, or legal reasons.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, No Makeup is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill resulting from use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates the most recent revision. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
